Quick Feedback
A minute of honest feedback from the people you serve, teach, hire and work with: guests and customers, attendees, trainees, candidates and your own staff. Say what it is for, and the questions fit the moment.
The first you hear of a cold shower, a confusing training or a bad interview is a public review or a resignation, long after anything could be done.
A hotel survey asks a trainee about their room. Questions that do not fit the moment get skipped, or answered without thought.
When an answer can be traced back to them, employees and candidates say what is safe, not what is true.
Choose what it is for and answer one or two questions, such as what kind of training or event. Surda AI, which says it is an AI, tailors a short form in your language, and your team reads and edits every line before it goes live. If the AI is unavailable, a standard form for that kind is ready instead.
An overall rating, three or four areas that matter for this kind of moment, how likely they are to recommend it, and a comment. Only the first question is required. People answer from a QR card, a link in your own message, or a personal request.
Answers carry no name. Someone who wants a reply ticks an unticked box and leaves an email, which is kept with their feedback and never enters a dataset.
Employee and candidate feedback is anonymous to the organisation: nobody is told whether a person they asked has answered, there is no alert about a single answer, and nothing anyone said is shown, analysed or downloaded until at least five people have answered.
A low rating reaches your managers by email and in the app, with the comment, and with an email only if the person chose to leave one. A summary arrives every Monday.
A coffee, a drink, a discount: each answer earns its own single-use code and QR code, valid for the days you choose, up to a monthly limit you set. Staff scan or type it, and it works once.
Questions are translated like any Surdatics study into the languages you choose, and your team can review the wording people read.
Average rating, a recommend score and scores by area, week by week, all counted from the answers themselves. Answers count toward your plan’s monthly responses, like any study: there is nothing extra to buy.
Choose what it is for and answer one or two questions, such as what kind of training or what kind of event. The questions, and the way people are addressed, follow: a guest, an attendee, a participant, a candidate, an employee, a customer, a patient, a passenger.
Paste the fingerprint from any Surdatics dataset. You see when it was sealed, how many responses it holds, and whether it has changed since. No account needed.
Check a dataset →Worth being precise about: a person on your team checks every question before anyone sees it. A clinic form asks about the service, never about anyone’s health. Classes and schools are answered by adult learners or by parents and guardians, not by children. Text messages, WhatsApp requests and airtime thank-yous open once those channels are switched on.
Who you need to hear from, roughly how many responses, and where. You will hear back from someone who can actually answer it.
