Feedback your guests are glad to give.

Guests notice everything and tell you little. The comment card goes unread and a review site hears about it first. Ask at the right moment, in their language, for about a minute of their time, and thank them with something they will enjoy on their next visit.

Why this is hard right now

You hear too late

The first you know of a cold shower or a slow kitchen is a public review, long after the guest has gone home.

Forms feel like a chore

Long forms on paper or a clumsy website get a handful of answers, mostly from the delighted and the furious.

A thank-you that leaks

A discount code anyone can pass around is a cost, not a thank-you. A gift has to reach the guest who answered, and work once.

What Surdatics gives you

About a minute, on their phone

A short study made for your kind of place: an overall rating, a few areas such as the room or the food, how likely they are to recommend you, and a comment. Only the first question is required. Guests answer from a QR card, a link in your own checkout message, or a personal request.

Asked after they leave

Staff send a personal link that works once, by email now or a few hours after checkout, to guests who agreed to be asked. Text messages and WhatsApp follow once those channels are switched on. Every message lets the guest stop further requests.

A gift they redeem with you

A free coffee, a drink, a discount: each answer earns its own single-use code and QR code, valid for the days you choose, up to a monthly limit you set. Staff scan or type it at the counter; it works once, and every use is recorded with who and when.

Know at once when someone is unhappy

A low rating reaches your managers straight away by email and in the app, with the comment, and with the guest’s contact only if they said you may contact them. A summary arrives every Monday.

In your guests’ languages

Questions are translated like any Surdatics study into the languages you choose, and your team can review the wording guests read.

Counted, not guessed

Average rating, a recommend score, scores by area, week by week, and where answers came from, all counted from the answers themselves. Answers count toward your plan’s monthly responses, like any study: there is nothing extra to buy.

Check it yourself

Paste the fingerprint from any Surdatics dataset. You see when it was sealed, how many responses it holds, and whether it has changed since. No account needed.

Worth being precise about: guests answer with consent, a contact detail is kept only when a guest offers it and never enters a dataset, and printed QR cards come ready for A4, A6 and a table tent. A clinic can ask about the service, never about anyone’s health. Airtime thank-yous are not available yet: they open once the airtime provider is set up.

Tell us what you need to measure

Who you need to hear from, roughly how many responses, and where. You will hear back from someone who can actually answer it.
