Two minutes a day
How Surdle works
Step 1: Guess
Five questions verified people answered yesterday. Slide to guess how the country split.
Step 2: Reveal
See the real result, how close you came, and, when there is one, the answer more people chose than predicted.
Step 3: Answer
Answer today’s five, and predict how other people will answer.
Step 4: Tomorrow
Tomorrow’s game is built from today’s answers. Yours counts once you are verified, your profile is complete and you live in the country.
Verified people
Results count answers from people who passed the Surdatics Verify face check, completed their profile and live in the country.
Never invented
No result appears until enough verified people have answered, and each one shows its margin of error.
Anchored on the blockchain
Each day's results are hashed and anchored on the blockchain, so anyone can check nothing changed. Private by design: only the SHA-256 hash goes on the blockchain, never the answers or anyone's details.
Dundun
Dundun, a talking drum, is the game’s automated host. It writes the commentary; every figure comes straight from the answers.
Health programmes, governments, universities and companies use answers like these to decide what to build and where to help.
Scoring: up to 100 points a guess. The closer you are, the more you score; within 3 points is a bullseye. Levels run Listener, Observer, Analyst, Researcher, Mind Reader, Oracle. A streak shield, earned with every 7-day streak, covers one missed day. A day with nothing to guess never counts against your streak.
