How does billing work?
Plans are monthly. One payment covers 30 days, and nothing renews without you: when the period ends you choose whether to pay again.
How can I pay?
Through Paystack: card, bank transfer or USSD, or USDC and cNGN where the checkout offers them. Prices are set in US dollars and charged in naira at the day's rate, shown before you pay. Organisations that need an invoice can ask for one from the plan page.
Are respondent rewards part of the plan?
No. You fund each study's rewards separately, when you launch it. Of that budget, 75% goes to the people who answer, 5% to the validators who settle disputes about answers, and 20% to Surdatics.
What does selling a dataset cost?
Surdatics keeps 20% of each sale. When the data was collected on Surdatics, 10% of the seller's share goes back to the people whose answers are in it.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from Plan and billing in your dashboard. A new plan starts the moment Paystack confirms the payment.
